Dear friends of Pagus Wine Tours, with the opening of the 2025 tourist season we are pleased to present our new proposals dedicated to the city of Verona. But here are two proposals that will allow you to delve deeper into the artistic and architectural beauties of the city, and admire its most evocative views.
Walk and taste Verona and Amarone
Accompanied by an authorized local guide, we will take you to discover the historic center of Verona. During the walk, the guide will highlight the key moments in the history of Verona, describing churches, palaces, Roman ruins and monuments along the way. To conclude the experience, we will toast together with a glass of the most iconic wine produced in Verona, Amarone della Valpolicella. The guided tasting will take place in the evocative setting of an eighteenth-century cellar, where all the secrets of the production of this nectar will be revealed to you.

On board the historic vintage car Excalibur, we will immerse ourselves in the timeless beauty of the city of love, in an experience that blends history, elegance and comfort, made even more unique by the slightly retro atmosphere guaranteed by our car. Before leaving us, you certainly can’t miss a glass of Amarone, which you can enjoy in our cozy tasting room located in an 18th century cellar, built with the characteristic stone of the Adige river, with splendid vaulted ceilings in brick and tuff.
If you want to enjoy a complete wine tasting but don’t have time to leave the city to visit a winery, this is the experience for you! Together we will take a journey to discover the territories and winemaking traditions of Verona, from Valpolicella (with its Amarone) to Soave, and we will reveal the secrets of these prestigious productions, always in the setting of our tasting room right in front of Castelvecchio.
