Production and ageing: Soft pressing of the hand-picked grapes and natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. After a stay of about 12 months in concrete, it is refined in the bottle for another 3 months.

Tasting Notes

The ruby red color with violet reflections is a prelude to the intense fruity and floral aromas, in particular cherry and violet, which are echoed by fresher nuances of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is fresh, round and persistent, with a pleasant vinosity.
