Grapes: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella 

Alcohol: 14%

Size: 75 cl

Vinification: gentle crushing immediately after the harvest is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then combined with the pomace from fermentation of the Amarone and Recioto. This old technique called “Ripasso” is normally carried out in March.

Appearance
Ruby red color tending towards garnet.

Bouquet
On the nose, notes of blackcurrant juice, sour cherry jam, nutmeg, and potpourri can be perceived.

Taste
On the palate, it is smooth and supple, with sweet tannins and a delicately smoky finish.

Food pairings

This wine pairs well with mushroom or meat risotto, roasts, grilled meats and game.
