Production: Harvest of grapes by hand with strict selection of the grapes during the best stage of maturation between September and middle of October. After the process of cold maceration starts the vinification.
Ageing: 2 steps in oak barrels for 8-10 months and a final aging in bottle of 3 months before it is released.
Service Temperature: 16-18°C
Intense ruby red with violet reflexes, pronounced and characteristic bouquet of mature red fruits with a slightly spicy note. A wine of great structure and elegance.
Ideal with red meats and cheeses.
