Production: Manual picking of carefully selected grapes to be dried naturally. Natural drying process for about 120 days. Destemming and soft crushing of grapes during winter; fermentation at controlled temperature in oak truncated-cone vats for at least 30 days
Ageing: Refinement takes place in French oak tonneaux for 30 months and further 8 months in the bottle.
Service Temperature: 18°C. Decant the wine at least an hour before serving
Intense garnet-red. Perfume of ripe fruits with a hint of small red berries blending into each other in a sweet vanillaflavoured note, lightly spicy with nutmeg. Full bodied and warm on the palate, soft and perfectly balanced.
