Your adventure begins in Verona, where a Pagus van will take you to the family-run Le Albare winery, in the region of Soave. From there, you will hop into a charming vintage Fiat 500, with a personal driver at the wheel, and cruise through the vineyard roads toward Monte Majore, the volcanic heart of the region.
At the summit, you will visit the “Forge of the Volcano”, a unique geological site that reveals the power and history behind Soave’s volcanic soil.
Then it is time to relax: surrounded by the vines, you’ll enjoy a picnic among the rows, featuring a delicious selection of local cured meats, cheeses, and traditional snacks.
As you savor the flavors of the land, your guide will lead you through a tasting of three wines from Le Albare (Sparkling Wine Dilemma Extra Dry, Soave DOC Ca’ Bianchi, Soave DOC Classico Monte Majore) deeply connected to the very soil under your feet.

We want you to spend a lovely day with no distress so, please, in booking our tours, inform us if you have limited mobility (in some old cellars there are stairs); or if you have any intolerance or allergy about food/wine (some tours are including appetizers in the cellar or lunch in local restaurant).
We ask you to inform us if you have any appointment after the tour (if you booked a train ticket, an opera show in Arena or a reservation for a restaurant), so we can do our best to respect the schedule.
In the cellar the temperature is constant 15 Celsius degrees (59 Fahrenheit), so we suggest to take with you a sweater or a jacket; if it is possible we will try to show you the vineyards, so it’s recommended to wear sneakers or comfortable shoes.
