Manara winery winery
The Manara winery has been located in San Floriano, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica region, since 1950. For three generations, and with the gradual entry of the fourth generation, the Manara family has carried on its winemaking tradition with passion and experience, remaining strongly and faithfully connected to the land that saw it form and grow.
A key figure in the company’s development, until his passing in 1993, was Guido Manara, who led the company for many years with the support of his sons Lorenzo and Fabio. Later, Giovanni also joined the brothers, who from that moment on began to oversee the entire production chain, from vine to bottle. The expansion of the company has facilitated and optimized the production process and allowed the production of high-quality wines, always maintaining their distinctive character.
The winery’s philosophy is to balance nature, tradition, and innovation. The life of the vineyard, marked by the rhythm of the seasons, is the calendar that sets the deadlines imposed by nature. The pursuit of innovation and the most modern and effective production techniques cannot ignore respect for tradition. Only in this way can the wines’ recognizability be maintained.
The production chain is managed entirely by the Manara family, who place great trust in their wines and can therefore guarantee their quality. Customers are always invited to visit the winery and vineyards directly, to experience and appreciate the passion and authenticity that characterize the entire process.
