Description

The”Siridio’s Cycle” wines

A journey through the wines of Valpolicella, a story that unfolds among the vineyards and comes to life on the labels.

Each bottle represents a stage in Siridio’s path: from Inspiration, the moment when the desire to embark begins, to Action, the courageous step into the unknown. Then comes Realization, where determination meets destiny, leading to the Return home, enriched with experience and newfound awareness.

A journey that reflects our vision: wines that embody the tradition of Valpolicella with a contemporary soul, guided by the pursuit of balance, expression, and authenticity.

The Concept behind the Wine: The Inspiration

One night, Siridio lies on the hill, gazing up at the stars. Suddenly, he is struck by an idea as absurd as it is courageous. He wants to reach a star!

Will he make it? It’s a silly question because in that magical moment where inspiration rules, that star is already in his hands.

“Just like our hero, inspiration drove me to create Siridia, an emotion I’ve sought to capture in my Valpolicella wine”. (Edoardo Speri)

Tasting Notes

Appearance

The Valpolicella Classico Ispirazione displays a ruby red color, bright and of light intensity.

Taste
Its fresh, easy-drinking character with long persistence evokes fruity notes of crisp red berries, particularly cherry and marasca cherry. This is followed by a slight spicy nuance reminiscent of black pepper given by Corvinone.

Food pairings

It is perfect as an aperitif wine because of its easy-drinking nature. It pairs very well with cured meats and lightly aged cheeses, as well as with lightly structured first courses.

SIRIDIO’S TIP
Try it paired with cured meats such as Soppressa Veneta or Mortadella, or alongside a tasty first course like gnocchi with tomato sauce or pasta with cherry tomatoes and sausage.
