Tasting Notes
Light ruby red color, vinous scent reminiscent of floral essences, pink and purple, with fruity accents typical of Corvina: cherry, raspberry, black cherry and black pepper. On the palate it expresses the flavor of freshly pressed grapes, of young, fresh wine with moderate alcohol content. Dry and savory, pleasantly elegant, fine and balanced.
Food pairings
A wine for the whole meal, enjoyable with fresh summer dishes, in particular with light first courses, white meats and fresh cheeses. Also excellent with cotechino and pearà (typical peppery sauce from Verona).
