Qualification: Valpolicella Classico DOC

Grapes: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and a small percentage of other ancient vines.

Alcohol: 12.5% ​​vol

Size: 75 cl

Production and ageing: Soft pressing of the hand-picked grapes and natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. After a stay of about 6 months in concrete, it is refined in the bottle for another 3 months.

Service temperature: 15 ° - 18 ° C

Tasting Notes

Light ruby ​​red color, vinous scent reminiscent of floral essences, pink and purple, with fruity accents typical of Corvina: cherry, raspberry, black cherry and black pepper. On the palate it expresses the flavor of freshly pressed grapes, of young, fresh wine with moderate alcohol content. Dry and savory, pleasantly elegant, fine and balanced.

Food pairings

A wine for the whole meal, enjoyable with fresh summer dishes, in particular with light first courses, white meats and fresh cheeses. Also excellent with cotechino and pearà (typical peppery sauce from Verona).
