Production area: vineyards in the locality of Casale in Marcellise, located 230 meters above sea level. with southwest exposure. Soil: marl, white rock rich in mineral salts. Veronese pergola, 1970s planting. Cluster thinning in the month of August, harvest towards the end of September, with manual harvesting. Yield 60 q.li/ha

Vinification:

Spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks without temperature control.

Aging:

Aging 24 months in tanks of cement and 18 months in bottle. Sulfur dioxide 30 mg/liter

Service temperature:  14°-16°C.
