Production area: vineyard in the locality of Arcandola in Marcellise, located 100 meters above sea level with southern exposure, clay soil.Veronese pergola, 1980 and 2015 plantings. Cluster thinning in August and harvest in mid to late September, with manual harvesting. Yield 80 q.li/ha

Vinification:

Spontaneous fermentation in steel or cement tanks.

Aging: Aging 9 months in tanks cement and 9 months in bottle. Sulfur dioxide less than 30 mg/lt

Service temperature:  14°-16°C.

Ideal with white meats such as veal tenderloin, mixed roasts and boiled meats, cured meats or fatty fish dishes, and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
