Production: Last week of September, manual picking of carefully selected grapes to be dried naturally. Natural drying process of the grapes for 3/5 months. Destemming and soft crushing of grapes during winter; fermentation at controlled temperature.
Ageing: 15 months in wooden barrels and extra ageing in the bottle before the sale
Service Temperature: 15-18°C depending on the occasion or the food pairing
Elegant ruby red with garnet heart. Very intense bouquet that ranges from black cherries in alcohol with berries, hints of cinnamon and other spicy notes. At the taste the wine is warm, velvety and has a sweet flavor. The structure is impressive and full-bodied, with a long and balanced finish.
Recioto pairs perfectly with the desserts of the Veronese tradition and surprises with typical cheeses and dark chocolate.
