Vinification: It is crafted from a selection of Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, which are left to wither naturally (appassimento).

Aging:the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barriques. It displays a ruby red color tending towards garnet, with an elegant bouquet of ripe plum and cocoa. On the palate, it proves robust, velvety, and harmonious.
