Day 1
In the morning, arrival at the hotel in Verona, welcome and accommodation of guests who will be served a welcome drink and the program of their stay.
Free afternoon and aperitif at the Pagus Store. This will be followed by a dinner at a local tavern in Verona and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel and meeting with an authorized tour guide at the Pagus Store at 9.00. At 9.30 departure for the private tour "Walk and taste Verona", a walking tour to discover the heart of the city of Romeo and Juliet. You will visit the most famous squares and streets of Verona, such as Piazza Bra, via Mazzini, Piazza delle Erbe, Piazza dei Signori, Juliet's balcony and many other wonderful places. During the walk the guide will introduce you to the history of the city. It will describe churches, palaces, Roman remains and monuments that you will find along the way. Then we will reach the Symposio wine shop. Symposio has one of the most innovative tasting rooms in Italy. You will find a high quality selection of 64 local, national and international wines by the glass. In addition, they are poured by modern dispensers, which keep the bottle under nitrogen, slowing down the oxidation of the wine. The wines will be accompanied by delicious appetizers, meats and cheeses and served by a young staff.
Free afternoon and evening in Verona.
Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3
Breakfast at the hotel and at 9.00 am meeting with the guide, pick up and departure of the private tour "Lugana and Lake Garda". Arrival in Sirmione, the pearl of Lake Garda, where a boat tour will await you around the peninsula to discover the main attractions of the place, then, you will have free time to visit the village. Then you will reach a winery in the Lugana Doc area. Visit and tasting will follow during lunch at the winery.
At the end of the tour, return to the hotel, free evening and overnight stay.

Day 4
Breakfast at the hotel and at 9.00 am meeting with the guide, pick up and departure of the private tour "Food and Wine in Valpolicella". Along the Valpolicella wine route, which offers splendid views over the vineyards, you reach the Lessinia Natural Park where you will visit a producer of cured meats and cheeses who will offer you a tasting of the best products accompanied by a bottle of wine. Afterwards you will reach a trattoria in the heart of Valpolicella where the owner will show how the fresh pasta is rolled out and how the various pasta shapes are obtained. Lunch at the restaurant. This will be followed by a visit and tasting of Doc and Docg wines at a winery.
At the end of the tour, return to the hotel, free evening and overnight stay.

Day 5
Breakfast at the hotel and delivery of the Verona Card for the visit of the museums valid for the day.
Day off.
At 6.00 pm aperitif on the roofs of Verona on the terrace of a famous hotel in Verona with a bottle of Prosecco (or two cocktails) and snacks.
Free dinner and return to the hotel and overnight.

Day 6

Breakfast at the hotel and at 9.00 meeting with the guide, pick up and departure of the private tour "Soave and Amarone with lunch", you will reach the Soave area where you will visit a local wine producer and a tasting of these accompanied by appetizers will follow. Then you will move to the enlarged Valpolicella area where you can visit a second winery and taste the various doc and docg wines including Amarone della Valpolicella.
At the end of the tasting we will reach a tavern where you can have lunch based on local products.
At the end of the tour, return to the hotel, free evening and overnight stay.

Day 7
Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
