Cantina Sabaini is built on an ancient tradition passed down through generations, rooted in a deep love for the Val d’Illasi area, part of the Valpolicella and Soave DOC regions. The story of Cantina Sabaini began in the late 1800s and has continued to this day with love and dedication.

For three generations, the Sabaini family has preserved and passed on the culture and art of winemaking. Today, the winery is led by Adolfo, along with his wife Mirca and their sons Riccardo and Alberto. They strongly believe in their origins, in the solid values of family, in a tradition rich in history, and in the land they cultivate every day.

This territory includes six estates, covering a total of 115 hectares — a mosaic of soils and vineyards with varying orientations and altitudes that make our wine truly one of a kind.
