Vineyard in the locality of Arcandola in Marcellise, located 120 meters above sea level with southern exposure, clay soil.
Pergola, 1971 planting. Cluster thinning in August and harvest around the second half of September, with manual harvesting. Yield 80 q.li/ha.
Vinification:
Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, without temperature control.
Aging:
Aging 6 months in tanks steel and 3 months in bottle. Sulfur dioxide 15 mg/lt
Service temperature: 14°-16°C.
