Qualification: Pinot Grigio DOC Garda.
Grapes: Pinot Grigio varietal grapes.
Alcohol: 13,5% Vol
Size: 75cl
Production: It is made with 100% Pinot Grigio grapes in a calcareous soil of würm origin. Hand-picked in early September and then fermented for 10-12 days under controlled temperature at 16 degrees.
Ageing: Close to a year in amphorae, then 8 months in the bottle.
Service temperature: 15-18°C
Tasting Notes
Intense colour with subtle streaks of copper. On the nose, aromas of calycanthus flower, acacia and ripe fruit; on the palate, an intriguing, expansive mouthfeel with persistent minerality and an enveloping, sapid richness on the finish.
