Production: The company's grapes are selected and harvested in mid-September and then dried for about 4 months. In January, the pressing takes place and then a cold maceration for 4-5 days. Thereafter, fermentation begins for 40-45 days at a controlled temperature of 18-20 degrees.
Ageing: it is carried out for the first 12 months in 500-liter tonneaux, while for the remaining 20 months in large European and French oak barrels. Bottle ageing is at least 6 months.

Tasting Notes
The color is a garnet red. The nose is intense and complex, with hints of ripe cherry, dehydrated plum, coffee, milk chocolate, nutmeg and an elegant balsamic note. The taste is structured and consistent with the aromas.

Excellent with braised beef in red wine, bollito with pearà, Monte Veronese cheese, Verona soppressa.
