On this private “Lake Garda and Amarone” wine tour, you’ll visit the most prestigious Veronese areas: Lake Garda and Valpolicella. All on the same day! Certainly, a fantastic opportunity to enrich your wine knowledge and to enjoy the great sceneries of Verona province.
Firstly, we will take you to Bardolino or Lazise, two enchanted villages on Lake Garda shores. Here, according to our schedule, you’ll have some free time for a nice walk, for some shopping or just a good cup of coffee facing the lake. Then, get ready for your first tasting! Here, you’ll try traditional Garda Lake wines such as Bardolino, rosè Chiaretto and Pinot Grigio in a selected local winery.
After a stop for a delicious traditional Italian lunch, you’ll reach Valpolicella Classica to visit a local winery. Here, the perfect conclusion for this wine tour will be waiting for you: a tasting of the entire range of Valpolicella DOC* and DOCG** wines, such as Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto with their various styles. You will get to know all their characteristics and differences, leaving with a deeper knowledge of these Veronese wines and of their unforgettable flavour.
Going back, the great scenery of our hills and vineyards will end your “Lake Garda and Amarone” tour in style. Truly, a special and unique experience of two amazing areas and of their products, a memory to treasure forever!
