Program of the day
Introduction to the teacher and presentation of the menu of the day. You will immediately begin to "get your hands dirty" and the teacher will guide you in the creation of traditional Italian and Veronese recipes, revealing all the tricks and secrets. All the ingredients you will use are local, to support local producers. After a couple of hours in the kitchen, you can sit down at the table and have lunch tasting the dishes you have prepared, paired with local wines.
During the morning, if you are interested, it will be possible to visit the property that hosts us for the cooking class.
The menu may vary according to the season (we can give you more details at the time of booking), but these are some of the dishes you may find yourself preparing:

Please notice: the tour leader, in respect of all the guests, will wait for you in case of late maximum for 15 minutes.
We want you to spend a lovely day with no distress so, please, in booking our tours, inform us if you have limited mobility (in some old cellars there are stairs); or if you have any intolerance or allergy about food/wine.
We ask you to inform us if you have any appointment after the tour (if you booked a train ticket, an opera show in Arena or a reservation for a restaurant), so we can do our best to respect the schedule.
In the cellar, the temperature is constant 15 Celsius degrees (59 Fahrenheit), so we suggest to take with you a sweater or a jacket; if it is possible we will try to show you the vineyards, so it’s recommended to wear sneakers or comfortable shoes.
