A lovely way to spend a Sunday when many shops in the city are not open? In Valpolicella region, the birthplace of Amarone wine! We offer you a relaxing Amarone wine tour of our vineyards. We will tour among hills covered by vineyards and olive groves: you will admire the beautiful Veronese countryside.
Firstly, we will stop in a local winery. Here, you will try the entire range of DOC* and DOCG** wines: a tasting of Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto, with their different styles. You will find out the various production techniques as well as curiosities, and will be able to ask your questions directly to the winemaker.
Then, we will go to have lunch at an Enoteca, or at a typical Osteria. Truly, this is the best way to enjoy our traditional cuisine in a real Valpolicella atmosphere, tasting traditional dishes with local ingredients. So, come with us and live a calm and relaxing Veronese Sunday, enjoying wine and food of our territory. It will be an Amarone wine tour to remember!
And should you need a little extra motivation… here are 4 reasons why you will love Amarone!
