Qualification: Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore
Grapes: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella and a small percentage of other grapes from the property.
Size: 75 cl
Production: A classy Valpolicella Superiore, obtained through the drying technique of about 30% -35% of the total grapes. The harvest is carried out by hand in the best stage of ripeness, placing a part in drying in trays for 30/40 days in the month of October/November. The vinifications take place separately with a system managed in fermenter.
Ageing: 14-15 months in French tonneaux and further maturation in the bottle for at least six months
Service Temperature: 18°C.
Aroma of red fruit, black cherries and forest, spicy. A wine of great structure and elegance.
