Production: The grapes used for the production of the Valpolicella Classico Superiore come exclusively from the company's high-hill plots. Following the harvest, the bunches are pressed and de-stemmed. Fermentation lasts approximately 10-15 days at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C .
Ageing: it takes place only in large French oak and European oak barrels for 18 months. Refinement in the bottle is at least 6 months.

This wine has a bright red color with delicate purplish reflections. On the nose, floral hints of violet, ripe cherry and elegant balsamic notes stand out. The taste is soft, persistent, with a pleasant acid note and a finely spiced aftertaste reminiscent of black pepper.
Perfect with lasagnette or bigoli with meat sauce, risotto with courgette flowers, spaghetti with tomato and basil, grilled meat.
