Grapes: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other local varieties

Production: Harvest of grapes by hand. Destemming and soft crushing of grapes. Maceration for 15 days. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: No oak ageing.
Service Temperature: 14-16°C
Ruby red light wine with fruity flavor of black and sour cherries, light rhubarb and ripe plum. On the palate a moderate alcohol content, soft tannins and a good acidity. A medium-bodied, sapid, fresh and well-balanced wine.
