Production: The hand-picked grapes are transformed into must by soft pressing. The must is then fermented at a controlled temperature, maintaining the utmost respect for the primary aromas of Garganega. The long stay on the fine lees and the practice of batonnage make it possible to reduce the quantity of sulfur dioxide. We therefore obtain a more complex, persistent and harmonious wine, with a beautiful balance between aromas and taste.

Tessari’s golden straw Grisela is the backbone of the vineyard; a delicious entry level wine that is meant to be enjoyed between friends. Firm, slight Melba toast, elderflower and chamomile aromatics with notable minerals. Elegant fragrances, citrus fruits with a good mineral note from the terroir. The aftertaste is refreshing with balanced acidity among nose’s and tasting’s perception.
With risotto with vegetables, cheeses (the classic Radicchio and Monteveronese), or with fish (salmon or seafood).
A simple pasta with pesto or tomato, spaghetti with seafood.
