Qualification: White I.G.P. Wine Verona
Grapes: Pinot Grigio, Goldtraminer, Bianca Fernanda (Cortese)
Production: Cold maceration of grapes, fermentation for 12 hours under controlled temperature at 16 degrees.
Ageing: Various blends separated before assembly: a part is aged for 1 year in steel and a small part for 5 months in barriques; then 6 months in the bottle.
Service temperature: 10 - 12 ° C
Aromatic white wine, with good structure and complexity. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose hints of aromatic wildflowers, sweet shrub, sage and exotic fruit. On the palate it is full and warm with notes of rennet apple and a long and persistent mineral finish.
