Sunday September 12th come to the vineyard and experience the true grape harvest experience! Scissors and crates in hand, under the expert guidance of the producer, the grapes destined for the particular drying technique typical of Valpolicella for the production of Amarone della Valpolicella will be harvested! All the secrets and delicate phases of drying will be illustrated.
After the harvest, the farmer's snack will be waiting for you: bread, salami, cheese and wine!
As a souvenir of this experience, you take home a bottle of wine!
