Grapes: Corvina, Corvinone, Croatina and Ancellotta
Size: 75 cl
Production: After manual harvest grapes are dryed for roughly 60 days. Obtained by maceration on the marks for 35 days.
Ageing: Aged in slavonian oak barrels (from 10 to 25 hl) for 15 months, 12 months further in bottle before sale.
Service temperature: 18°-20° C
Red wine with great intensity and complexity. Elegant and unique. Notes of roasted coffee and blackberry. Flavors of ripe red fruits and spicy notes. On the palate it is warm and velvety.
Boiled meats also with sauce, stews, and all game in general.
