Intense aroma of apple and elderflower and chamomile wildflowers. Fresh and persistent on the palate, with a pleasant aftertaste of bitter almond and a delicate perlage.
Robiola cheese, mozzarella, risotto with porcini mushrooms. White meats such as grilled chicken or turkey. Sushi, sashimi, raw fish. Grilled shellfish. Mixed fried. Tagliatelle with seafood. Traditional dishes such as potato gnocchi with tomato and parmesan cheese.
