A cooking class in Bardolino
Do you want to treat yourself to a day away from the city to have fun and learn more about the Italian and Veronese food and wine tradition in an informal and friendly atmosphere? Join our cooking class in Bardolino, a hilly area of vineyards and olive groves overlooking Lake Garda, where you can relax and test your cooking skills.
During this cooking class in Bardolino, you will create a full meal and your teacher will provide you with an explanation on all recipes using traditional Italian cooking methods. Are you ready to cook with us?
Program of the day
Introduction to the teacher and presentation of the menu of the day. You will immediately begin to "get your hands dirty" and the teacher will guide you in the creation of traditional Italian and Veronese recipes, revealing all the tricks and secrets. All the ingredients you will use are local, to support local producers. After a couple of hours in the kitchen, you can sit down at the table and have lunch tasting the dishes you have prepared, paired with local wines.
During the morning, if you are interested, it will be possible to visit the property that hosts us for the cooking class.
The menu may vary according to the season (we can give you more details at the time of booking), but these are some of the dishes you may find yourself preparing:
- Fresh handmade pasta
- Seasonal sauces
- Traditional dessert
